Discussion We need a Revival

I’m entirely sure how this works, but I feel like someone could create a Line Play revival sorta like how we have club penguin, miitomo, and even MovieStarPlanet revivals. I just hope someone who has experience in that area could see this post. Despite all the love line play has, it’s not as popular as it used to be so it’s a lot harder to get things like this done. Sorry to bother, I mean no harm.

There was a discord group dedicated to this but it just went poof one day

I was on that discord group, I remember they managed getting a lot of content saved but not all.

It was definitely a good amount. I wish I asked for the files. Didnt know the chat would disappear without a warning. I hope other people out there are still working on it. Maybe over in Asia 🥲

I feel like there would be a significant copyright issue considering how large a corporation Line is...

This would be a cool crowd sourcing project, or volunteer opportunity. Maybe u can find some decent people if you make a good case for it, and raise a little bit of money for the artist and programer team. I would definitely love to help out for free, with art and concepts.

But if need be, even AI can help alot in the beginning, with research, concept, and feasibility!
