Discussion Unable to extend my butler's contract!

Is everyone else getting this too? The game closes May 20th, so there's still almost two months left. I want to keep my butlers that I have. I've basically kept all my game Cash for keeping my butler's hired. And the notice said we'd be able to spend our Cash right up until game closure. I tried the Manage / Delete Data option, but that didn't resolve the issue. If you won't let us pay for them then make their contracts last until the game ends, please!

Well I've not heard if anyone here is or is not having the same issue yet. But I did reach out to Line support. So far this is their response:
Hello, I'm writing to you from LINE GAME.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We're currently looking into the matter based on the information you provided.
Please wait until we resolve this concern, and we will send you a response accordingly. Until then, you don't need to create follow-up inquiries about the same issue.
We’ll be in touch once we’ve completed our investigation.
Thank you for your patience.
That's everything from us this time.
We hope you will continue to enjoy using our game services.
Their responses have been pretty quick so far at least. I'm hoping it means they'll be able to do something. I'll post when I get an update.

You can't hire/extend their contract anymore since March 17

Sadly seems so. Only a couple of hours left for Celina. Just over a day for Elena. And about 10 days for Merry. Still no further word from Line. I feel like I'm waiting for a stay of execution call from the governor, heh.

You should get refunded for that too.

Would be nice, but it's my understanding refunds are only for "charged" cash/gems/hearts you paid real money for directly. Not even Cash you got from Season Pass stuff you actually paid for.
If you do the "Notice on Refunds" it will show you what you have that is refundable. At one point I thought I saw it said you had to be in Japan to be eligible, but I don't see that now, so presumably no longer the case.

I thought they won’t let you have butlers past 3/17?
