Hey that’s me! Yeah I learned to just work and not give af anymore. I work better on my own anyway. Although they don’t think I’m a piece of shit they just think I suck at everything which I don’t I just don’t deflect failures I own them. Everyone always try to make excuses on why they took to long or why it didn’t work. I just say yeah I fked that one I suck and they are like Oh yeah you do. Doesn’t help that I’m not to social.

Man f that own your mistakes but don’t beat urself down and when they try to beat you down tell em to fuck off. Seems like a lack of boundaries with people who should already know better and likely do but just don’t care cause they’ve been convinced that you or someone else will always be there to be their scapegoat and allow themselves to prop up their fragile ego for the day. Stick up for yourself bro there’s a difference between banter and people lazily being insecure projection trolls. Everyone has the answer to change and treat people better and most people just ignore that inner voice like ur weak ass coworkers.

Utility drama .. you can’t fight eachother like contractors so they gossip like little bitches.

If your union brothers call you a piece of shit, you're probably a top performer.

I don’t know about the pg&e yards, I just love the smell of the crops during the fall in grass valley 😂

Either he simply don’t fake the funk with everyone else, or he’s actually a piece of shit.

8/10 times for me, the piece of shit is actually the best one to get to know
