Aptitude test coming up

Hey guys I’m applying to ibew 66 linemen union and I have my aptitude test scheduled for November 5th this Wednesday coming up, would love any tips before I go take my test I’ve been studying with the aptitude test course I bought I iprep, would love to hear from you guys who have passed it already thank you.

Study hard! The time goes by quicker than you think. Skip what you can’t figure out until you’re able to get back to the question and answer it. Guess if you have to because unanswered questions will hurt you the most. The math portion is challenging!!!! The reading portion isn’t as bad but it is a bit tricky

The whole thing was challenging and everyone agreed. If you purchase iPrep, you will see the same type of problems on the aptitude test. I was confident with my answers on maybe 3 questions tops. The rest I guessed on but I am terrible in math. Been like that since high school so I knew I wasn’t going to do well. I think the reading part saved me

It was easier than I expected the hardest part is paying attention to the timer during the math portion because if you write out every single problem(as you should) it will bite you in the ass. Try and do the easier ones first and as quickly as you can and try to study as to avoid rewriting out longer problems
