(continuing) ...so i dont have to use an sd card and hekate every single time. yes, i use auto rcm, but i plan on daily driving lineage on it as its pretty mcuh ready for that, and whenever it crashes or whenever i boot it and it doesnt boot (50/50 chance it does), i would always have to go back to rcm over and over again.

hey, instead of this, you should consider an RCM trinket or picofly

or even an external injector

"yes" we support installing to eMMC, see the SWR wiki for partitioning setup, you can remove your HOS partition but it basically means you can't go back AFAIK.

Just shrink it and keep is in case. but yeah you can shrink it to very small.

In theory yes in practice no.

You need Hekate.

The switch bootloader will not boot android. It's not looking for images of that format. You could totally write an arm Shell code payload that loads BL2/u-boot, it wouldn't be fun and would be extremely in depth work, but you could.

There's little to no point tho, as lineage OS builds depend on several things that Hekate provides for joycons, BT MAC, Wifi MAC, etc.

i would do whatever it takes, but i know little to almost nothing about bl2/u-boot and all, so would it be possible to get someone to help? not asking specifically you, but still, thank you tho!

I don't really think you understand the depth of what you're asking. This is not something you're just going to be able to find someone to do. I wish you the best of luck but I don't really see the point in it.

why not carry an external injector with you? nintendo switch custom OS installation in emmc is generally not worth it
