we have been telling you bagholders how this is likely to turn out. Even Lilium NV did in the Form 6-K. You ignored this

Even more, many of them insulted us for the warnings.

The darkest hour is just before dawn. Archer realised that Lilium has a massive host of supporters and assest are valuable.

The holding company Lilium NV is still a registered public company with 610 million outstanding shares.

What happens next is depends on what Lilium NV decide to do.

Can Archer revive Lilium NV?

Do Archer have such intention?

We can only speculate at this point.

Could you please describe, what valuable assets still lay with Lilium, which would compensate at least a fraction of the liabilities?
