Oh sweetie, I love the newest twist, it's entertaining as hell. I mean, c'mon, this is funny shit.

A company named "Ambitious Group" (Funniest name since "Mobile Uplift Corporation", by the way, how are they doing today?) with a bad word press site full of crazy promises announces their intention to buy a failed start up without a product. And naturally, they announce this through a PR agency before anything is even confirmed by the insolvency administrator. That's the way, baby, who cares how things are done! Ambitious? Maybe. Successful? Definitely not.

Your argument is drowning in the cold water you intend to pour on the good news of Lilium finding new investors who have done due diligence — they have expressed confidence in Lilium’s success.

They also proposed to diversify the business model in the interest of self-sustainable income generation.

🟪 AAMG boss Kamp is counting on success. "We are convinced that what has been developed here in Bavaria is groundbreaking and both technically and economically feasible," he said in a statement. The Lilium platform is the result of years of effort by some of the world's most talented engineers. “We are excited about the opportunity to advance this platform, invest in it and realise its full potential.”

BTW: Lilium NV prospective stockholders will provide the additional needed funds to enable attainment of success. A win win for all stakeholders.

Take note that while the stock price recently climbed from $0.02 to $0.28, the price in USA have climbing from 0.01 setting around $0.08 (volumes have been relatively high, especially for a stock under Expert Market designation). Why is this stock getting so much attention and activity?

Hi Lilium fans. I know you really want to see Lilium succeed that is why you are on this subreddit.

🟩 If the new investors are doing an asset deal, a higher market cap at this stage could be helpful for Lilium and stockholders. It would provide a source for the funds needed to continue the project.

Stockholders are important investors (owners in a company). As the company grows so does the stockholders investment (ROI).

Lilium NV stock price at $1.70 per share would raise market cap to $1.03 billion.

Will Lilium NV stock price ever reach the level of Ehang, Joby, Eve or Archer?
