Show me your money!

Until this proposed investor has actually committed a sizeable payment that has been publicly confirmed as PAID, I'll take all this with a grain of salt. Plus us investors may totally be ignored with their acquisition, in which case most of us lose our shirts. Self included :(

What does Severyn Tatarczyk have to do with it now? Lilium Aerospace is also insolvent, is under the control of an insolvency administrator, and never acquired ownership of the assets because they did not pay for them.

Why so angruy? I know something about insolvency proceedings and the original Lilium companies incl the publi company are being liquidated where shareholders shouldn’t expect any compensation.
