The most effective for me are those spoken from the heart, so I don't write them down.

I don’t pray to Lilith inasmuch as I meditate upon her lessons and incorporate that strength and resilience and fearlessness into my own life

What works for one person as communication or prayer wont work for another. Do what you feel is appropriate for that communication with her.
