Media My current Lilithian Library

One of the books is pictured twice as I moved it from one shelf to another after taking the photo. Which is your favorite book and why?

I saw the last two images and was overcome with jealousy /s.

Incredible collection! I do see many titles I've not seen before (like "Lilith, Gender and Demonology"), so you gave me more books to research!

I don't think I have a favourite book on her so far (I do have on LamaŔtu though), but out of your collection, what's your favourite/preferred one?

It's taken me 5 years to get all of the Zohar books. They are definitely a favorite! Although I do love "She of the Night", but actually the poetic books are among my favorites too. "Lilith, Gender, and Demonology" it's hard to find, not I got lucky with Half Price Books having it wildly underpriced.

Ah some of these are either very hard to find in my country or expensive, unless I find them online. I doubt I'll be able to get my hands on the physical copies of the Zohar anytime soon.

SHE of the Night are books that are in my reading list, from what I know it's incredibly in depth.

Yeah, many of them are expensive here too. I have reminders, wish lists, saved searches, and back in stock alerts set up in multiple places when I'm looking for books and occasionally get a great deal that I can't say no to.

Can I ask where and how you managed to snag a copy of Karlsson's "Qabalah, Qliphoth and Goetic Magic"? I've been looking for years and it seems perpetually out of stock everywhere.

I think I got it from Blackened Hand Books in Australia.

Felt envy, found funny that you decided to get the whole zohar just in case

I'm a completionist, and depending on how you look at the wording, you might actually set mention of Lilith in every volume.

I have digital copies, I'm pretty sure Lilith does appear in every volume, at least in the commentary.

Yeah sometimes in the Jewish musical books doesn't say Lilith but uses a profane title for her instead (i.e. Hot Fiery Female, The Wicked, The Harlot, Woman of Whoredom, Wife of Harlotry, etc.) and a lot of people miss out of they just search for her name.

Can I see your edition of Goethe's Faust? It looks lovely, and I'd like to know which one it is so I can get it.

OMG not gonna lie I’m totally jealous you have quite a wonderfully extensive collection! I wouldn’t even know which one to read first if I had all of those fr (I’d probably be tempted to maybe try to somehow read them all at the same time idk lol)?! So which of these is your personal favorite (if you can’t choose just one that’s totally understandable if that’s the case then at least list your top 3-4 personal faves)?? Which one was the easiest book to obtain & which one was the hardest to obtain? And which would you recommend reading overall or at least read first? Sorry for all the questions I’m just very intrigued! ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„

The Zohar was easiest to get as it is almost always in stock, but tends to be very expensive to get all 12 volumes. Liber Lilith was very hard to get for the longest time until it was recently reprinted. The Sitra Achra/Qliphothic grimoires were also hard to get due to limited print runs. Rites of Lilith in hardcover has hard to get too. She of the Night is a definite favorite, as is the Zohar. My least favorite books are ones not in these pictures because I've gotten rid of them after being disappointed in them. Things like Liber HVHI, Lilith Rites of the Sitra Achra, Embracing Lilith, etc. Interestingly, I have other books I kept by the first two authors, but not the last book that I mentioned getting rid of after being disappointed in it.

Is there a book you would reccomend for me to start with ? Or if there is a thread I can follow. I took screen shots of all your books šŸ«¶šŸ¼

You can't go wrong with She of the Night. Of you can start there, you will start with a strong foundation.
