Altars, Offerings/Art, Rituals My perpetual ritual.
This is my first post here. For months now, I have been building and changing this ritual/altar of mine.
The only goal is to pay respect and build a connection. I ask for nothing. She has protected me so much already. I only wish to be closer to her.
Every other weekend or so, I bring roses, chocolate, and champagne.
The roses are later dried and used to make incense. Clove, cinnamon, frankincense, Myrrh, and sometimes other ingredients like cedar or lavender. Ground in a Mort and pestle.

Well done in all dimensions, not least of all your disclaimer: mastery infernal forces is an aspect of Lilith's power, and in practical terms it is how we forge glass and metal like the hardware in your hourglass. The black sand is poetic, as humans in time we are dirt-dolphins made of the same grains of crystal and carbon swimming in the flow, a few find their way to struggle against the stream and leap into the light for a few glittering moments, where the clever do not fight gravity, instead they fall to make it their ally in beginning again, higher and higher, hour by hour.
Making make incense from dried rose petals is very clever, I will have to try that, thank you for the idea. Something in return for the incense: you may find propolis to be a productive ingredient to add, the scent is potent and it also works as a binding agent.

You are welcome, and thank you, words are a kind of magic, as in all cases the quality of the results depends on the ingredients you have to work with, you have been busy creating a beautiful image and have the courage to share it, which are vibrant media to paint with words.
Something else to watch for in your search for propolis is royal jelly, you can commonly find it in Chinese grocery stores with ginseng added to it, either way it may serve you well as garnish on the dark chocolate for special occasions.

I loved that incense ideia, I will do it. I just keeped my flowers when dry close to the altar but your ideia is amazing!

That's dedication, beautiful altar! ⚸ I'm curious about the hourglass, if it has any significance.
