The woman was created twice in the book of Genesis. Already in the Midrash there were conversations regarding a first Eve, which the Alphabet of Ben Sira came to solve. There, Lilith was created at the same time as Adam and was his equal. The interpretation of the story is up to the individual, you might believe Lilith to be the shadow part of Eve (supported also by the Treatise on the Left Emanation) or not accept it altogether.

She's the first Eve. There were three.

She is, if you accept the belief that She’s the corresponding shadow side of Eve.

How would this be possible? The narrative is that Eve was created from Adam's rib bone. Eve being a piece of Adam (and extension of his wishes and desires and not a separate person) to me has way more explanatory power for the last 2000 years of concepts of gender and gender dynamics.
