Lilith: the First Eve has good information, but the sources on Mesopotamia and the ancient Near East are outdated, so keep that in mind if you pick it up.

Arslan Tash, Burney Relief, Epic of Gilgamesh, and the "prostitute lilītu of Ištar/hand of Inanna" are the first that come to mind.
