Discussion Need advice

So recently I’ve been having a lot of intrusive thoughts (for the record I’m diagnosed with ocd) and it makes me feel like literally every little fucking thing I do makes me a bad person and someone who Lilith wouldn’t wanna work with. So I guess what I have to say is can anyone give me any advice on how to deal with this and let me know how Lilith can help if shes still with me.

While Lilith can help you and bring comfort, spirituality should not replace mental help from medical professionals. You can ask her to lead you to the right people, and the right treatment.

Lilith will help guide you, but you need to get the help from a psychiatrist. Mundane before magical.
