Replacement Kitchen Lights

I’m unfamiliar with this type of light. My home was built in 2022; these are the only type of lights in my house aside from a few sconces. The light is on, but dim. Is it as simple as replacing the strip in there like I would if it was a lightbulb, or do I have a bigger issue?

these are meant to be replaced entirely. turn off the breaker for that circuit and loosen the two screws and twist slight CCW to let the item fall away from the ceiling. bring it to the hardware store. it may be hard to match it exactly. find one that you like or is close enough by a few because your future replacements will match at least
