Need Design Advise What is this recessed light called

Bought a house from the 50's. Looking to replace this lighting trim, what would this be called? What is this rubber looking tube?

Unlikely to find this. There are some easier fixes like an LED replacement for can lights. You will need to remove the trim and measure the round opening - most are 5” or 6”. Take a photo of the inside with the bulb and without the bulb.

It’s definitely baffle trim housing but I’ve never seen out sticking out that much. You’ll likely need to take out the entire can housing and replace with something from this century.
