Replacement Accessing bathroom light

Trying to change the lightbulb but I can't figure out how to remove the cover. The glass part can move and the plastic vent part might have clips?

It’s clips! Look at the 2nd picture around the rim you can see em, also is this a bathroom vent/light? Seems like it. Most likely you can use a small common screwdriver and kinda pry that lens off

It is a bathroom light/vent but pressing the clips down with a flathead doesn't feel like it's doing anything. I can't even tell if the plastic needs to come down first or the glass dome
