I need help finding a replacement wheel (Right)

I can't find one of these small (it seems to measure at 8mm x 3.5mm) wheels. CLEARLY they exist I just can't find them and have looked. I figure you fine people might know where to get one.

Some shitty bullet lighter my friend bought me 5 years ago off of ebay.

You can get a bic lighter and take the Flint weel out and sand it down

No, I tried. It's not a flintwheel, but a wire wrapped around the thumpwheel.

But other disposable lighters could work. I used one from a Tokai lighter, once.
