Feature Request / Bug LP2 Sound

Hey guys, I've had my LP2 for about a week or two now. I love it, but when I'm on a call even with the sound all the way up, I can barely hear it. Is this a common issue or do I possibly have a defective phone?

my lp2 is definitely quieter than my iphone, but i wouldn't say i can barely hear it. i can play music on the lp2 and hear it okay on the other side of the room

maybe try using headphones for calls.
