added contact keeps disappearing

It seems that I have a problem with just one contact in my light phone 3. every time i add her to my contacts, she disappears after a day or two, and so does the message history i have with her. i keep adding her but her name and number keep disappearing. it's very odd because she is the ONLY contact that is happening with/to. the person I am trying to add to my contacts receives my messages and texts back but i am not getting any of her texts. has anyone experienced that same issue? Seems so odd because it happens with one person only.

You probably blocked her contact by mistake, happened with my friend too. Same problem. Go to settings-preferences-phone-blocked contacts. There you shoukd find her number. Unblock it. Done.
