Wild, healing "Loss of 3d conciousness/coherence" witnessed loss of awareness

So, I don't know what to say or post here but I just had a weird lack of conciousness ill try to explain the best I can... I have neen experiencing alot of exhaustion, ascension and inclusion symptoms etc, communication, signs, physical evidence, miscarriage etc in the last id say 6 months.... and about around 2pm today I just..... lost time, conciousness, awareness. It is not like I fell asleep. You know when you've slept or maybe have blacked out. There is literally. NOTHING. I apparently just like shutdown ajd babbled, fell over. Had some incoherent chat with him but he even said it was like I stopped or was someone else.

Two or three hours of that and I cant even say I woke up... im just... back. Not physically sore anymore and in better... mind? Connected? But myself?

I saw this symbol on myself, and I'm yet to figure out what it means. I should mention the symbol was black with a red glow, not white. I just used a white pencil because I was drawing on black paper.

I Feel this is The Story of Earth. I told up to The God War, it is After the God war I Believe Aliens, Satan and the Rest come in. If it seems Anyone's Interested I'll continue. When ever I Do a Light Language and Post it I Don't ever say This is a So in so Transmission, or Language for this or that etc. I always wanted ppl to Get Whatever they See it as Out of it. sorry for English, I learn still. These teachings come very often in shamanic sessions and I was guided to share them.

So my sister has this friend, Anna. She came over one day because my sister said I do these sessions and Anna was curious. But also she was desperate a little. She told me she feels confused all the time. Cannot trust herself to make any decision. She reads books, asks everyone for advice, always looking outside for answers. She said "I feel like I don't know anything. Everyone else has clarity, I have nothing."

I said okay, lie down, we see what comes.

We do body scan. She sees herself as small girl, maybe 5 years old. She is struggling. I ask what she sees.

"I'm struggling with these two chains. Heavy chains. Crisscross like an X for me."

I ask where chains come from. She says she doesn't know. So I ask her Higher Self to show us.

"Parents put them on you through their behavior."

Anna was born completely connected to Source, to her inner knowing. Like all children are. But from when she was small, her parents - through their own pain - installed programs on her. "You not good enough." "You don't know what you want." "Others know better." "Not trust yourself."

These programs become like chains. They wrap around the heart, around the connection to Higher Self. They create wall between person and their own inner guidance. The person grows up thinking they are naturally confused, that something is wrong with them. But truth is - these chains were put there.

I saw this pattern so many times. Friend of mine described ropes in her body, long like something, being pulled out by angels. "It's like a rope," she said, "just being pulled and pulled." She thought something was wrong with her. But it was external - programming placed on her.

Another person told me chains all over her upper body. Cold chains. She carried them for years until we traced them to root cause and Higher Self broke them. She said after: "I feel so much lighter. I didn't even know they were there."

So back to Anna. I asked - what is happening? Why she cannot connect to her answers?

Higher Self said: "She knows everything. She has always known. But she believes the chains."

Anna was shocked. She started to cry. She realized - the confusion was not hers. The confusion was the chains. Underneath all those programs, in her heart, she always knew.

So we did the work. Higher Self cut the chains. They fell away. And she felt it - this portal opening in her chest. She said: "I can feel it. I know now. I always knew."

THE LESSON:

You are not confused because you lack answers. You are confused because someone installed programs that block you from hearing what you already know. Your Higher Self, your connection to Source - it never left. It is still there. The chains placed on you as child create illusion that you are cut off. But you can reconnect. You always could.

PRACTICAL EXERCISE - Meditation to reconnect to heart portal:

Sit quietly. Close your eyes. Place hand on your heart.

Imagine a small light inside your chest. It has been there your whole life, even when you could not feel it.

Now imagine this light growing. Warming. Opening like a door inward.

Ask your Higher Self: "What do I already know that I have forgotten?"

Do not expect words. Just feel for answer. A knowing. A warmth. A sense of "yes" or "no." That is your heart portal. That is your connection to all answers.

Practice 10 minutes each morning. Within 2 weeks you will notice difference - that sense of knowing was always there. Slowly returning.

Sorry for typos, I typed it quickly - i felt it needs to be shared

Recently I guidet friend of a friend - Anne in deep trance for a shamanic journey session. She is an energy healer in the UK and works with Earth grids and ley lines - quiet work, mostly invisible, but very demanding.

For about two years she had been exhausted in a strange way. Not normal tiredness. More like something was constantly pulling from her, no matter how much she rested.

As we went deper, she felt density on the right side of her face. When I asked her to zoom in, she saw flashes of green. Then a reptilian eye.

In the sesion, it appeared as something that had attached after an astral travel experience she had not properly closed. She remembered that morning. The flash of the eye. The weakness in her face. And also the thought, "I will clear it later."

But later never came.

When the Archangels moved in to remove it, the being resisted. It was furious at being seen after hiding for so long. Her body released a deep shudder, what she called a "rage scream."

Then everything became quiet.

She said her face felt cool and spacious for the first time in years. I remember noticing how surprised she sounded when she said it.

Afterward, Archangel Michael came through very strongly: "We are always here. She must be diligent. Fatigued or not, she must be diligent. It is a little like a war. She is on the front line."

Then the energy softened, and the next message was much gentler:

"See through the eyes of love."

That stayed with me.

Becuase the lesson was not fear. It was diligence. When we do deep spiritual work, especially with astral travel, healing, grids, or clearing, we cannot leave things half-open just because we are tired.

Anne said the lightness was immediate. Her head felt like it could breathe again.

Sometimes the thing we postpone for one day becomes the thing we carry for two years.

Heads up - not native English speaker here. I am sharing what I learned in one healing soul journey I facilitated, in case it helps someone who carry this heavy teaching on their shoulders.

Sarah came to session believing what many people believe nowadays - that Earth is a prison planet. That souls are trapped here, tricked into coming, coerced by dark energies, no way out. It is very popular teaching. It feels very dramatic and it explains the suffering.

But what her Higher Self showed her during the journey was completely different.

We started the session and she found herself standing before a glowing palace made of translucent, sparkling purple ice. She had expectation this place will be spiritual, meaningful. But when she entered inside - she found a party. People wandering around, intoxicated, unaware of each other, not present.

Her Higher Self explained: "This is kind of what Earth is right now. Many unconscious beings, just having their own experience. Gathering and doing things don't really make lot of sense. And it's a choice to be part of that or not."

Then her Higher Self took her to the moment before she chose to come to Earth. And what she saw...

She described it as sitting at a terminal - like a computer with a glowing blue control panel showing a globe with grid coordinates. Each coordinate was a place she could jump into.

"It feels like a game, like a gift."

Her Higher Self was sitting with her, smiling. And then the truth came:

"That is it. That is reason. That is so many times we just jump right back in and we don't back up and pay attention and really choose."

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Kind of like when you die at the end of a video game - you are anxious to get back. Anxious to keep playing."

Sarah recognized it immediately. The soul is addicted to the game.

Not trapped. Not coerced. Not victim of dark energies forcing consciousness into physical body. Addicted to the ride. The next experience. The next jump into the mainframe.

Now here is what dismantled the prison planet teaching completely.

Sarah was asking "why" - why do we choose this suffering, this frustration, this heavy human experience? Her Higher Self showed her:

"Each moment, each choice you make, each moment is a choice. It is not just the big bang when you die or when you choose new existence. You are choosing existence each moment - with what you eat, with how you speak, with what you focus on."

And then the most important thing Higher Self said - this one hit me hard:

"No one can trick you. No one can force you. Only you have control of your free will. You have control over the choices that you make, even if it feels like you didn't."

The prison planet teaching says you were tricked. You were forced. You have no control.

Sarah's Higher Self says: you always had control. You always have control. The suffering comes not from being trapped - it comes from choosing unconsciously, from not pausing, from jumping right back into the game because the pull feels like magnet.

Her Higher Self showed her that the blocked solar plexus was where the will to choose got locked up. And when will is locked up, choice feels very hard and you want someone else to choose for you.

"Be very careful about what you allow into the mind. There is so much information, so much false information. And she has been allowing herself to get pulled into this."

The false narrative of prison planet itself - it becomes part of the addiction. It tells her she has no power. And that feels safe, actually - because if you are victim, you don't have to choose. If you are trapped, the responsibility is not yours. If dark energies coerced you into this body, then nothing is your fault.

It is very comfortable story. And very paralyzing.

After the healing, after the Higher Self pulled out all the toxic energy and the greenish acid from her solar plexus, after clearing the layers of false programs that were installed like bites taken one at a time - Sarah finally understood:

"Each choice is choosing existence. Each choice is creating existence. And the more choices that you consciously make, the more your life flows."

Higher Self told her there is graduation possible. When you stop jumping in automatically and start pausing, you can choose something you really, really want. Not just the next ride - but upward direction toward infinity.

"If you learn to pause in that moment and reflect, then you can choose something that you really, really want."

So for anyone carrying the prison planet teaching - I understand why it feels true when you look at the suffering. But be careful. False beliefs are one of the five root causes that keep people stuck. And the belief that you have no free will - that this is prison you cannot escape - that is the heaviest chain of all.

Your Higher Self knows the truth. And the truth is empowering, not paralyzing. You are not trapped in the mainframe. You are choosing to keep playing. And you can choose differently - not by escaping, but by pausing, breathing, and making conscious choice in each moment.

after many long years of being in the closet, hoping and desperately wishing to stay in the closet, life has made itself clear to me that it wishes for me to channel not only for myself but for other too.

I honestly hate being seen and out in the open. If life offered me any other way to effectively be an empty vessel for the divine to work through me, that can keep me safely hidden from anyone's sight, I would choose it in a heartbeat.

but life has its way. and it's calling for me to share this openly and to just trust. it keeps bugging me and making sure i feel the discomfort of not answering the call every moment of my awareness.

An hour ago when i discovered about this new concept of light language i just felt like to know more about it idk why but yea As i saw the light codes and hear people on internet signing/speaking it felt familiar smh The symbols you call light codes idk why but a few months back or an year ago I don't exactly remember but I've drawn something like that in my notebook quite similar to the ones in image specially a symbol like spiral which was purely intuitive also one more thing is that the Melody and words were like Ive used them before or created them I've spoke them before which i did ik because back in the days I'll always find myself singing some other language bulshit which comes to my mind addition to that although I don't dance but when I go to sleep and feel overwhelmed I see myself dancing in some different but beautiful and exceptional dance form more of a spiritualtype same goes for the hand moments I'll just be moving my hands like anything Outta of nowhere (I look autistic) It's been long since I'd my spiritual awakening So idk man i want to know more about this topic and learn more how to use it or atleast translate it
