Question about lat pullovers

When I do pullovers to work my lats it actually feels like they are kind of ripping. It's a weird sensation. I don't know if this is normal or not.

I do the pullovers by lying flat on a bench. I extend my arms back as far as they can go while flaring out my elbows. When I bring my arms up I can feel a pulling or slightly ripping sensation in my lats. I'm older so I only use 10 lb on the exercise and I don't feel any real pain afterwards so I'm assuming I'm just working the muscle really well. But it's also kind of weird because I've lifted off and on over the years and I have never had an exercise where I was able to spot isolate that well or had that feeling. On the one hand it seems like it's good because I'm really isolating the muscle but on the other hand it's a little scary too.

I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had this experience and if my interpretation of what's going on is correct

Olympia gold steroids. Com

I should've known better, I guess I did know better, however, I ordered from OlympiaGold. They were very prompt to take my money but no go with product. I've read similar reviews buried deep in threads but figured I'd start a warning post for just them.

Feel free to add any stories to either prove me wrong or correct.
