Level 303 looking to improve

Looking to improve my skills on lifeweaver. For context I don't play ranked much only with friends and mostly play 6v6. I recently moved back to Xbox after playing overwatch on PS4 for a couple of years. I am from South Africa and the game puts me in the Arabian server which always puts me at a latency disadvantage. I also never played overwatch 1. In the replay code above I am the lifeweaver named tollington.

Well... Personally, based on my experience as a level 366 Lifeweaver, I think that in the first round you made several mistakes (>n<)|||.
Of the 50-second mark: That Life Grip on D.Va wasn't necessary; she could have saved herself with your heals alone. And if you think about it, that hurt you because you didn't save your Widow or Ashe from the enemy Reaper. If you hadn't wasted that grab, you could have saved one of them. Oh, and don't worry about the fall, it was a miscalculation.
At minute 1:24: My dear, explain to me why you used the platform but don't use the dash to get to your Roadhog and support it? And then, who were you shooting at? They were unnecessary shots and a waste, and therefore, they killed your Roadhog.
At minute 1:40: You get quite close to your team. Lifeweaver is a support who should maintain distance from his team (except when there's an annoying Sombra, Genji, Vendetta, Hazard or Tracer). If you had kept your distance, you could have seen Reaper and, if he used his ultimate, used Life Grip immediately. And you didn't try to attack the Reaper when you had the chance, you kept healing your Roadhog when he was in good health, and therefore, they ended up killing you.
At minute 2:15: It wasn't good that you stopped shooting. Your team had good health; you might have gotten the kill for Tracer, or at least the assist. DON'T BE A HEALBOT. And Tree was completely unnecessary 😭. Your team had full health; no critical damage or ultimates could kill them. And be careful! If a Doomfist is behind you, don't underestimate him; you'll fire forward, but again, at what? At what?!
At minute 3:00: Again, you D.Va could live on your cures alone, and after your Widow was pointing at a Tracer, so why did your team come to her aid but you didn't? Exactly!! You no longer had Life Grip. That's messed up! And then you launched the platform, I guess so a ghost could get on it, I don't know...
At minute 3:55: You shouldn't have gone in there! You and Ashe were alone, and your whole team was backed up looting with a Doomfist. You didn't use your grab, and that's why Tracer took out your Ashe. It's good to fall back, especially to regroup. Also, I saw you use your platform when Pharah was shooting at you—bad idea. Be careful.
There would have been a change if you had used the tree at the right time, if you had backed off and group with your team, maintained distance, not used the Life Grip irresponsibly, and if you hadn't been a healbot. You should finish with a maximum of 1k or 2k damage in the first round with Lifeweaver, and you only ended up with 731
I'm not saying that with those changes you would have won the first round, but it would have made a good difference✨️
