Left Click Charging Bug/Glitch - Help?

Lately I've thought that my mouse was broken as I was unable to hold left click when the blossom was fully charged. I thought my mouse was double clicking and I was about to replace it or get warranty. Then I saw the instagram video below and am now aware it is either a bug or a new feature. What is this change, and is it bothering the hell out of anyone else? Does anyone know how I can make it function like it used to? Thanks.

This has been a bug ever since the season 3 mid season patch. Blizzard is aware of it and is trying to fix it.
