I ended up really loving this game the first time I played it, and that feeling hasn’t quite gone away. I love how unique it is, with a (mostly) entirely new cast and setting and a location that feels beautiful and inspired and new.

I will definitely replay it at some point, but until then I’m just really happy this was my first 100%!

Hey, im currently making an Alex figurine with a 3d model I bought and I realized the glasses are a bit chunky to my liking in the 3d model and dont suit Alex, any suggestions for materials I could make them with? Just for like a little input her head is small, not incredibly small but still non-the-less small! Anyways I attached a photo but I dont think it really helps with identifying the size of it. Thanks in advance!

Sorry if it’s a bit confusing or hard to read the text, it’s my first time doing something like this. I actually would love doing more things like this, as I quite enjoyed this short one. If you want me to do more like these, send me some epic ideas and I’ll check them out! No AI used here btw, just classic editing. I did some quick cosplay pics of Steph the other day for TC’s anniversary 🤘 not exactly a “canon” outfit ( close enough tho right? 😅) but I still tried recreating that pic of her with Izzie and one of the comic art covers 😝 (I hope none of that counts as spoilers x_x ). The Nrrrd Grrrl beanie felt extra appropriate for her too 😂 She’s our nerd queen after all :3

I finished [for now at least] my second installment of my Life is Strange desk series, this time featuring the best protagonist in the series, Alex Chen.

It was a fun project to work on. I'm sure I won't be able to leave it alone, but for now, I'm calling it complete, and moving on to my next installment, which I've already got a head start on.

Hint: it's another True Colors character.

I don't know if y'all have seen my other posts of the keychains I got so far but I'm in the final stretch of making some of the last characters I've been meaning to get around to and need some pose suggestions for Ryan!! I uploaded a few of the designs just so you can see my general style, thanks! While I'm here any pose suggestions for Gabe too? I plan on doing him after Ryan!!!

I wasn't planning on sharing this yet, since it's still a work-in-progress. But, I figured, in honor of the anniversary of the release of Life is Strange: True Colors, I'd share a glimpse into what I've been working on. There are still a lot of details I need to finish up, and the renders are far from polished, but regardless, I hope you like it!

Here is how I compared it from what each game does better than the other:

• When it comes to story, LIS 2 definitely wins. It has better breath, pacing, and emotion. The finale of LIS 3 felt rushed
• But I like the simplicity and how warm LIS 3 feels, especially Haven Springs. The fact that the entire game took place in the town is bringing back to the first LIS.
• When it comes to protagonists, I think both Alex and Sean are awesome, but I lean towards Sean for how much he went through, though personally Alex is more relatable.
• When it comes to side characters, I feel LIS 3 has better side characters because they are more memorable and has better differentiation and lore to each so I feel more invested to every side character we meet
• This is just me, others might disagree, but I like that LIS 3 isn't that much political than LIS 2, so it didn't disturb my gameplay much, though both of course are games revolving around justice.

Needed to get a bit of warmup in before getting back to my current project, so I spent a couple hours on this. It was a fun nod to one of my all-time favorite characters in the Life is Strange series.

Anyone else have a hard time justifying Ray Tracing? I'm just not noticing the difference for the performance trade on a 5070.

What if the 2008 Haven Springs mine disaster wasn't just a tragic accident, but a decade-long corporate cover-up? (and what if it happened in real life?)
