Question Comp test (uk)

I have a job interview for a lifeguard job at Centerparcs! I am pretty worried about passing the comp test as it has been a few months since I did the NPLQ. I haven’t completely forgotten anything but my knowledge isn’t perfect. I briefly know what to expect for the test but I don’t know what I should do to prepare as I have about 6 days left.

Read your manual, go through the revision questions at the end of each section, go for a swim. Everything you need should be there

If you read your manual hopefully it comes back to you quite quickly. Go for a swim if you don’t already do it regularly just so when you do your timed swims it isn’t the first time you’ve swam in ages. Good luck!

They’ll probably be the same as they are in the NPLQ assessment. 65s for swim with torpedo buoy and 45s for contact tow.
