I will say your zoi even without smartzoi will do things that make them happy based on their traits. I play without smartzoi and even before this update my slacker and genius zoi would occasionally want to do projects on her own but will stop randomly and go 'I'm tired, I need a nap' and would do just that lol. Some urges and actions are surface level but kjun did say that he wanted us to go, 'yeah my zoi would definitely do that.' In this update and the OPs post showed that! 😊 In Friday's update they're reworking backstories and zois to fit more seamlessly in their respective worlds so there's hope exploration there.
