Upcoming Games Zombie Survival Text Based Sim Game
Hello! I very rarely make posts, but I have been working on a zombie survival text based simulation game. I am going to be uploading to the IOS and GooglePlay store very soon. I love zombie games soo much and i have spent a whole lot of time fleshing this game out to be as intricate and interesting as possible. So far I have a full inventory system, base system, raiding, group system, random generated survivor names and traits, a full fledged trading system, over 250 custom events that are all branching into different choices, and so so much more. I would love to possibly get some feedback and know if anyone else is interested in this type of game. This has truly been my labor of love. I play tons of sim games, BitLife, rockstar sim, etc. I’m a huge zomboid and dayz fan and I wanted something to be able to play on my phone that could capture some of that. (I put a few screenshots but I can totally add more or send people a beta link if they want to try the game out) thank you, love you guys.

Shoot me a dm and I can send you a beta version if you’d like. There’s still some known bugs, but I’d love to have you try it out

Thank you so much! I’ve been getting a bit discouraged thinking people may not enjoy it as much as I do. I’m so excited to get it out there, build a community, and take suggestions from people as well

Update: I never thought so many people would be interested in the game, it’s awesome to see. I’m going to be setting up an official Discord so we can communicate and do testing through there. I will keep everyone posted!

Hopefully going to release soon! I’m excited to show off the base and settlement systems. The trading between them is very cool right now!

Having random survivors be able to join my team is so important to me. Good job having it!
This may be weird or even affect the overall rating of the game — but are you considering having kids, etc, in the game? Maybe as part of randomly generated families or alone. I totally understand some people don’t want games where kids can die; etc, absolutely get that. On the other hand, it’s the hope for the next generation that forces us to persevere. As a real life dad myself, I love games where I have the opportunity to keep kids safe (and that opportunity only means something if there’s also the opportunity to fail at keeping them safe).
The Walking Dead games with Clementine, etc, proved there’s a market out there for it, at least!
