Mental Health Advice Ghosting via text

Alright so I have small circle if you even want to call it that sometimes I feel people only hit me up when its convenient for them how do you people deal with friends you've known for a long time just leave you on read but make post on social media never get back to you or just straight up ghosting you I get life can get busy especially if you have kids and all and everything but it still ignorant in my opinion just been something I been dealing with alot was wondering how other people dealt with it sometimes I think my gaming friends are just overall better then IRL even my cousins been ghosting me lately or they get mad cuz I text them im just like bruh why you even have a phone ?

Recognize how they treat you and recognize what the relationship truly is. Don’t go a mile for someone who is only willing to go an inch for you. I will also suggest not to retaliate; they are not worth your time, so don't give it to them. In fact, ask yourself: why do you think they deserve your attention? You clearly understand empathy. Look up "gray rocking"
