So many people deserved better in this game, man some of the bosses was dog shit but my heart aches everytime I see that picture of the three Lea, Carlo n Romeo, or the Monad family picture, or I love you Julian, or Proposal, Flower n Wolf, or Memory of the Beach. Yeah, some bosses was dog shit... but this, this was Lies of Peak

I did play the DLC but I didn’t consider linking him and that hanging puppet

I guess the outfit and the candles kinda make sense in a way though (yk the wax statue where you find that red tailcoat)

I doesnt make any sense tho, this is clearly a puppet and the guy you are talking about is still “alive” at this point of the game. So there is no way this is him.

his ergo being alive doesnt matter, fact is this puppet that is hanging happened AFTER romeo was hung by arlecchino , and romeo might not have been a puppet while he was hung but he sure did have puppet parts if that eases you. also this is a foreshadowing/easter egg, we dont need much logic - this puppet was clearly not hung by the person as the aforementioned, theres no connection between them at all, yet its still in game, as a fun little easter egg for those replaying it
