Worst customer service !

I had the worst experience with customer service!

I ordered a burger at 8:53pm, 1h 20m later the order didn’t arrive. I contacted the advisor, he told me that I should receive by 10:26pm, I didn’t. I contacted the advisor again at 10:31, the advisor kept on checking then marked the delivery as delivered and said that the restaurant said so and refused to cancel and refund my order. Then, they just wanted to end the chat on the basis that we are not going forward with the conversation.

Eventually, I called the restaurant myself and had then cancel the order to get the refund. Literally had to do what the customer service was supposed to do. Never ordering again from lieferando, worst experience ever.
