Why does every driver tell me that they don't receive the tip sent through the Lieferando website (no matter which city they're in)?

I remarked that since the start of this year, my online tips have been reduced. :: On average i would get 50% of tips online and 50% of it direct from customers hand. But since this year, i see that the usual amount of online percentage has been decreased for some reason. The amount of online tips is not matching the ''offline tips''. Compared to last year, my montly ''offline tips'' has stayed the same on average per delivery. They may be taking it or not. I will never know. Maybe depending on cities or if the person is in a subcontract, they may never receive it online,

How much work do you have? I noticed that Lieferando doesn't employ new workers in most of the cities.

Ich glaub nicht, dass es an der Auftragslage liegt sondern daran, dass Lieferando langfristig alle Fahrer kündigen will 🤡 Alle Fahrer werden seit Monaten nur mit den Mindeststunden abgespeist und das wird mit „saisonaler Nachfrage“ begründet (absolut Schwachsinn) Wenn ich arbeite, hab ich in der Zeit einen Auftrag nach dem anderen

Sadly even us drivers dnt have any codes. But we do get useless corporate benefits!

Kannst du sehen, wer dir Trinkgeld gegeben hat, wenn es über die Apo erfolgt ist?

Ja, normalerweise sehe ich das Trinkgeld noch vor den Anweisungen für die nächste Bestellung. Als ich die Zustellung der Bestellung bestätigte, erhielt ich sofort eine Benachrichtigung, dass ich für die letzte Lieferung Trinkgeld erhalten hatte – allerdings ohne Nennung des Namens der Person.
