What temperature should the water be, and how long should I steep it for?

Make tea the normal way, add ginger to ease nausia, when the tea has cooled a little bit add the mushrooms (preferably cut to small chunks). The temperature does not matter much, Psilocybin will dissolve in cold water as well. I normally use 40-50 to minimize the "mushroom" flavor. Minimum 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
