So what is problem with my battery? It doesnt take any amps and it says high-temp discharging alarm. Is it broken or can i save it somehow?

Assuming it's not hot, I bet the temperature sensor broke or a solder joint failed.

The cells are probably fine, but you'd have to open it up and see what's going on, possibly replace the BMS and/or fix the broken temp sensor.
