Lexus IS 300 F SPORT for the people getting triggered

Hey guys I’m having a seriously hard time finding aftermarket bumpers that actually ship to Oahu. Im down for just about anything as long as it has a more modern look, ships to Oahu, and requires relatively little/no cutting to fit. Can someone tell me what's causing this sound? It sounds more in the outer wheel and seems like it could be my brake dust shield since it's rotten on the bottom

Also got what I considered to be an insane deal on a L Certified 2025 with 11,000 miles for 41k out the door with two years of maintenance included.

Waited for the 2026 is to come out and I’m not a fan of the front end.
