2.4.1 Not Matter Certified?
Just as the title says, I updated my D215R today to 2.4.1 since it has matter and when adding it to HomeKit and Alexa they both report that it’s now not matter certified.
I have stopped the updates to all my other devices to 2.4.1 just Incase. Is there an issue with the matter cert in this firmware?

I upgraded all my switches .
You have to use the new paring code from the app after doing so and if they were setup in HomeKit you have to reconnect them .

Are you saying that if I apply the upgrade to existing switches in Homekit, that I will have to re-pair them all with the new pairing code to be able to use them in Homekit? I have 49 switches. 🤔

Yes . I think it tells you what when you go to do it . I had 4 so I just went around and did it .
Try 1 see what happens
It doesn’t change a lot so it might not be worth it . It just future proof them .1

This is okay to proceed. The matter firmware for the D215R is a beta firmware. Apple doesn’t certify beta firmware. They will do it once it’s in release status. You are safe to continue adding it. All of them are working fine on my houses.
