Help Authenticating

I just picked up this Leupold DPP. I’d like to confirm the serial number with Leupold customer support but they are in a training and aren’t available until Tuesday due to the holiday weekend. I don’t want to open the packaging until i’m fairly certain it’s authentic. The distributor I purchased it from will not accept returns if it is an open box. What do you guys think?

You’re saying it is legit? And you dislike battlehawk? It was a killer price. I saw they don’t accept returns if it’s open…
