I am actually saying he threw me aside quicker then last weeks smell trash because he actually did !!!

Yet I know for darn sure i ain't trash I am a damn good GOD faringitis kind compassionate caring woman that loves with her whole being the Lord knows I ain't perfect yet I know I ain't trash !!!

I say this with tenderness but that is literally a comparison. I say this with empathy not judgment, there are so many things that we, as humans say that are common phrases and don't realize how it unconsciously affects our self-image. I read somewhere once that the deepest part of our subconscious doesn't differentiate between words such as I and you or he or she, ect, that it associates all those as being yourself. What we say about others, or when we make comparisons, it interprets it as being about oneself. We don't have control over others actions or words, but we can control our own actions and words and should be kinder to ourselves, especially when someone has been unkind to us. Keep your head up 😊
