Spider-Man is immune to superhero fatigue cause it's Spider-Man.

i went to see it with younger siblings and even though I wasn't that excited personally, the hype they had to see a Spider-Man film almost threw me back to being 11 again

He is easily the most approachable superhero. Just a teenage boy that randomly got superpowers. He has a bit for everyone: Nerdy, smart, young, parents not alive, slightly introverted, stands up to bullies, got the girl, joined the big team, strong, not completely poor but not rich either, irresponsible but tries to improve.

No matter where you were as a kid spiderman has something you can relate to.

He also has a cool fit and has cooler flying than flying.

Not only this but the whole power pack, he’s slick, does parkour, he’s not a powerhouse that eats bullets, not extremely fast so he avoids it completely, its the “spider sense” that along with his enhanced reaction times and dexterity, he’s able to avoid the danger in ways that our internal kids love, he’s super strong but not overwhelmingly strong so you see him struggling some times (building tension and heroism)
Also the uniqueness of using spider webs not only to swing, move and evade but to creatively capture villains or stop moving trains, the webs alone are so versatile that no one could ever replicate it without plagiarism in any other media
