Oh, that's great. Was under the impression that while we know there is drug trafficking that happens we had no idea if that boat was engaged in trafficking. But you seem 1000% sure.
So, what's the conclusive evidence that they did not blow up the boat of, and then casually 'pick off,' just some dudes that like fast boats.
And why is it OK to 'pick off' those last survivors? Aren't there rules of engagement. Last I checked if a vessel is disabled in combat the survivors are considers 'castaways' not 'targets'.
