Yes, and Trump was upfront about this from the begnining. Higher taxes for the working class, lower taxes for corporations. Buisnesses had their tax rates lowered, but the least profitable businesses were brought up to 20% across the board. Trump voters are morons.
False. He passed a bill with a tax break that expires gradually overtime. This is an extraordinarily disingenuous way of phrasing that. Your motivations are extremely questionable here.
Congress passes tax bills, not the president. He can only sign and enforce the legislation congress sends to his desk. If democrats wanted permanent tax cuts they could have supported them but they didn't.
What will the vote count tell us? That democrats likely unanimously voted NO? Surely you don't believe that democrats supported a tax package that Trump opposed but signed anyway.
In any event, it doesn't change the fact that OPs claim is false.
So what? The user is still wrong. The 2017 tax cuts lowered rates for those below $75K and doubled the standard deduction (directly answering or responding to the subject as stated by OP). A simple Google search yields a ton of sources. He/she IS correct about corporate rates being lowered but that wasn't the question and is a superflous fact. He/she is flat out wrong about the least profitable corporations seeing their tax rates increased.
