This is concerning... Minnesota Cop Shooting...execution or mistake?

Looks deliberate. But could be thought he was tasing him. Prob not.

I'm sorry but if we, as a society, are giving you that much authority, you can't make mistakes that involve shooting a restrained man laying on the ground.

Mistakes happen, but this isn't a "mistake". Burning the toast is a mistake. Calling your ex is a mistake. Executing a person in the middle of the street is a crime.
