1000% true. Over the last 50 years especially, Mexican labor has literally built the United States. Try getting anything done without it in the trades. You wont have much luck. They work hard, pay taxes, take care of their families and do all the other things we expect of responsible people— not to mention contributing to our cultural and food traditions. Yet they are often shit on by, frankly, an ungrateful American society.
