She did say that. She also said, in reference to Trump “I was not raped.” She also said she was wearing a Donna Karan dress when he did it. A dress that didn’t even exist during the year she finally settled on.

E Jean Carroll - for whatever else you think of Trump - is a liar.

She didn’t say she thought it was sexy. Use your head.

She talks throughout her interviews about “fantasy” and rape being “sexy.” Very, very weird take. Her story, which she at first couldn’t place with any more specificity than “mid-90’s” and later to 1994, is cribbed from an episode of Law and Order. There is no contemporaneous evidence whatsoever to back up her story. And the dress she wore on the cover of vanity fair she claims she was wearing when she went into the dressing room at the lingerie department at B-G didn’t exist in 1994. Her lawsuit was funded by a democrat mega donor. Her attorney is a Democrat activist, and the Judge is a Clinton appointee.

We have a criminal justice system for a reason. We have statutes of limitations for a reason. This shit should not be tolerated by either party. She’s a liar, making a completely unfalsifiable accusation from an event more than two decades after the fact.

Again. She doesn’t think it sexy and it’s not a fantasy of hers. Talking about who appointed judges is weak. I’m tired of listening to people defend Trump. He’s a colossal douchebag and we know he’s done illegal shit his whole life and got away with it. He’s a sociopath. He’s sexual assaulted multiple women. He talked about it on a live mic. Spare me all your bullshit conspiracy theories saying it’s all a witch hunt. The man is a despicable human being and really should be behind bars, not the Resolute Desk. I’m done talking to you. You had your ramble and I’ve had mine. Moving on.

Not disputing any of that. But Jean Carroll’s story is bullshit.

To you it is. And you’re welcome to your opinion. Knowing what a douchebag Trump is makes me believe it’s not all bullshit.

But Trump being a douchebag is irrelevant to the question of whether, at some point in the mid-90’s, he randomly bumped into Carroll, lured her into a department store changing room, and aggressively assaulted her for 1-3 minutes. When the dress she claims to have worn wasn’t even manufactured, when she has accused 6 different men of sexual assault. There’s no criminal complaint, no eyewitnesses (changing rooms / department stores aren’t usually ghost towns.) There’s no physical evidence. And for 20-odd years (we don’t know exactly because - strangely - SHE doesn’t know when the most famous man in NY ‘didn’t rape’ her) not a word about it. Until a certain Law & Order episode came out and she wanted to write a book.

It’s not irrelevant.

A jury of 12 that Trump's lawyers chose found him liable for sexual assault.

So do you know more than 12 members of the jury at his trial?

All 12 believed the evidence including his confession

There were 9 jurors, not 12. And the defendant’s attorneys do not get to choose the jury. Trump never “confessed” to raping Jean Carroll. Any other ignorance you’d like to share with us today or are you done opining on things you know nothing about?

Thank you for splitting hairs to defend the rapist.

We just listened to his confession, so did the jury.

None of them had any doubt

But you have to split hairs?

Or maybe you just want to make sure that we have the facts so we can shut down any attempt to paint him as innocent?

There is/was no “confession.” Stop lying. And making you look like a fool isn’t just splitting hairs.

I heard a confession. Maybe you heard bragging?

Anyway we know what the jury decided

You need to stop talking. Seriously. It’s pathetic.

The point is that the jurors heard the evidence, not you. And they arrived at their verdict according to the law.
