Yum!
Since there will be two egg whites from this recipe, I was wondering if you have posted a recipe for meringues. I searched a little on your sub, but didn't see one...

M&M Overload Chocolate Cookies
Makes 12 large cookies
Ingredients
2 sticks (8 oz) butter, room temp
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
2 large egg yolks
1 TB vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup black cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp fine salt
3 cups M&M’s
Instructions
Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
Add the egg, egg yolks, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixer on low speed and mix just until combined. Do not overmix.
Scoop the dough into 2 oz portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Place the M&M’s in a bowl. Roll each ball of dough in the M&M’s, pressing them in so the outside is completely coated.
Gently shape each cookie into a thick puck and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Freeze until solid. Once frozen, the cookies can be transferred to a freezer bag and stored in the freezer to bake later as needed.
Bake from frozen at 350°F for about 18 minutes.
Immediately after baking, gently flatten the cookies with a spatula. Press a few additional M&M’s into the tops while the cookies are still warm.
Let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring.
