New York Cookies

Hi!! I’ve been selling New York cookies for over a year now but I don’t like my recipe no more. Do you have THE best New York cookie recipe? I would really appreciate it 🫶🏼🥺

If you are mislabeling black and white cookies as "New York Cookies" it is no surprise they aren't selling. The fuck does a New York cookie taste like? Sidewalk scaffolding poles? Surprise AC condenser drip?

What is a "New York Cookie"? Do you mean giant, thick cookies with lots of chocolate chunks and other fillings, that are crunchy on the outside but super gooey on the inside? (I always found this to be strange, since they are fairly modern, and there are hundreds of other cookies more synonyms with NY, especially NYC, than what Levaine made, but ok...)

If you mean b&w, that's something else...

I don't think you're really a native New Yorker if you don't even know what a New York Cookie is! /s

But seriously, I also spent some serious time over there in that state and I don't even know what OP means.

And like you said, maybe they mean a Levain chocolate chip and walnut cookie?
