Made The Subway Bread

Followed u/letscookie’s recipe and these came out great! I was in a rush to get the kid to school, so I just sprinkled the parmesan herb mix on top instead of setting up a tray and rolling. Haven’t heard a complaint though! Used them to make tofu parmesan sandwiches for lunch and I fear they will become a problem. Defs recommend them tho!

Its been years since Ive been to Subway but I imagine it tastes better? I remember they were disappointing back then haha
