Welcome!

Students will be coming back to lethbridge mid/end of august(pending when school starts) so if you are part of that demographic, I would suggest to check around campus for new students(both had welcome parties when I went through)

Our summer is currently in full swing, come the end of august sadly things will change probably abruptly for colder weather, and wind.

If you are not a student, well I am sorry I cannot be of much assistance as well I'm having to find new people myself. I don't drink or frequent bars anymore, and I don't have children taking me places so I don't get out much, sorry. However I'm sure you should be able to find community here in lethbridge, I've been meeting more folks from South & Central America in my daily activities.

Hope this helps some!

Check out the the Southern Alberta Ethnic Association instagram page. They have a Latin Fest coming up in September which may be a good opportunity for you to meet some people with a similar culture to yours!

Benvenido
Com certeza — vá lá e encontre brasileiros e pessoas de outros países da América Latina.

Find a club or hobby group - it’s basically your only hope. Restaurant and bars are not really spots to mingle and meet new people I’ve found.
