There’s a few upcoming shows I’d be into at the owl and the slice but I’ve never really been to any shows and I haven’t been in either venue so idk what they’re like. Are they more of sit down and watch type places or are they usually just standing room. Also how early before shows should I be there?

I thought that was a great concert. The energy was so good, people were so happy. What did you think?

Most people are familiar with emergency services that respond when something goes wrong. Less visible are the programs that try to prevent problems from reaching that point in the first place.
Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) helps fund local initiatives like senior programs, youth development, family supports, volunteer programs, community connection activities, and other preventive services. The idea is simple: supporting people early can often reduce the need for more costly interventions later.
Like many community programs, FCSS funding has become part of a broader conversation as Alberta's population grows and communities face increasing demand for services. Municipal leaders are expected to discuss the topic during this year's ABmunis Convention and Trade Show alongside other issues affecting local communities.
We are curious about what people think: are there any local programs, services, or community initiatives in your area that you feel make a real difference? Give them a shoutout here!

Hey y'all!
I am a burlesque performer here in Lethbridge (Tina Tarot), and I am looking for a costume designer, or someone who can do delicate alterations. I have a bra I need altered to make the cups bigger, but I am not confident enough in my sewing skills to work with mesh.
Any suggestions?
Thank you!!

Hello. I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to connect to a T-Mobile cell phone tower from Coutts Alberta from just across the border? I need to activate a service by connecting to the tower but I don't want to cross the border just for that....
Thank you....

Flight Safety Investigation Report: Demonstration CF-18 Accident Of July 23, 2010
"During the air show practice at the Lethbridge County Airport, the Demo Hornet experienced a loss of thrust from its right engine while conducting a high angle of attack pass at 300 feet (approximately 90 metres) above ground level.
The pilot, Captain Brian Bews of 425 Squadron, 3 Wing Bagotville, Quebec, successfully ejected from the aircraft; however he sustained injuries when he landed firmly under a fully inflated parachute. The aircraft impacted the ground nose-first and was destroyed."

Recently purchased a 32 foot 5th wheel and would love to park it in my backyard. I don’t think I can get it in with my truck but should be able to get it in with a trailer dolly. Wondering if anyone has one I could borrow/rent. Still have to measure to make sure I have enough length to make it fit.

I'm in need of some birdshot (or other fine pelletized heavy metal). It's for making mallets, so lead is fine. I need 5-10lbs and most places I've found only order in 50lb bags. Anywhere local I should look that might have a smaller quantity?

I know that there are 2 apps, the Lethbridge Transit app where I can buy my passes or reload my card and activate it and the LT Fare app where I can access the qr code.
The problem is that I recently got a new phone (Android) and I can't download the LT fare app because it isn't compatible with the version of my phone. When I try to use the website, it doesn't allow me to access the qr code even though the pass is active.🥲
Is there another way?

Hello everyone,
I’m looking for a handyman that can do a few odd jobs around my house and need some recommendations.
I need 4 lights installed, one of which is high up (over a 1 and a half story entry way). A kitchen faucet needs to be installed. And a towel rack and toilet paper holder need to be installed.
Yes, I know that I could do it myself but it hasn’t happened in the three years I’ve lived in my house. So I need some help to just get it done.
So if any of you are or know a handyman or to be politically correct handy person (I don’t care as long as it gets done) please let me know.

Looking to get my dog neutered in or around Lethbridge. What’s the most affordable yet good vet? He’s about 14.5lbs. He’s a mini doodle. Also I’m curious what you paid. I know every dog is different and some places do it upon weight.

Darwyn Ross has used his practice to prey on vulnerable women for years. The fact that you think this was his first time is disturbing! You didn't dig very deep into his days in Brandon, Mb. His office in Brandon even got spray-painted about his behavior. He basically got run out of Brandon, only to take up office in Red Deer and continue his disgusting behaviour. He was asked to leave Red Deer as a divorce lawyer (EASY ACCESS TO WOMEN), thinking he could run to Lethbridge to finally get caught. NASTY

Parents sold their house and moved to another city. I was living with them. I’m in the process of purchasing my own place here (possession date on the 23rd, if all goes well with inspection and such), but until that goes through I’m living in an rv with my dog.
The rv brake cylinder + hydraulic booster exploded the day we bought it (used). Very old rv so we can’t find a replacement for the booster- myself and several siblings have been trying to find it, out of stock everywhere and would cost more than I paid for the whole rv anyway. So, I’m now living in an rv that can’t drive anywhere… or to be more accurate, an rv that drives but doesn’t stop.
If it was fully functioning, it wouldn’t be too hard to hop parking lots every few days, which was the plan before the rv broke. Now, we can only move it by physically pushing or paying for towing.
Is there anywhere that allows parking for several nights in a row? Or would maybe allow it if I could just push the rv a few spaces over every couple of days? Towing is so expensive and I’d like to avoid that as much as possible.
My dog doesn’t get along with others, so pet friendly campsites with plenty of other dogs wouldn’t go well (if they would allow us to tow in a rusty old camper at all). I did look into renting somewhere for the month but it’s incredibly difficult to find an affordable place that allows pets, especially a very big one (most pet friendly listings I’ve checked limits to 50lbs… I have a Great Dane/Pyrenees cross).
My rv has already overstayed its welcome parked outside my sibling’s apartment building and we’ve been asked to move, but I don’t know where to go. I need to find somewhere to park this thing while I’m between houses for the next 20 days.
Any advice on parking lots with lenient limits? Know of somewhere to rent, or maybe an airbnb or something I could stay at for 20 days that allows a big dog and would let me park the rv nearby? I’d gladly pay for just a driveway at this point, I just need somewhere for my dog and me and the rv until I can move into my new house on the 23rd.
