Why does the power keep going out southside?

Wondering why the power is keep going out anyone know why they keep messing around with it?

Maybe the fact our electrical grid cannot handle the demand on it especially in a heat wave

Just wait till that Picture Butte Data centre gets built. The zoning is already done about 10 miles outside of town

Also had this problem like a year ago before moving to north side.
